The true value of a die resides in the "reproducibility" of its plates. Our Mitsubishi Electric MP2400 ultra-high-precision wire EDM machine operates under fully controlled air-conditioning. This delivers surface roughness and pitch/form accuracy that exceed conventional limits. Through rigorous comparative verification of materials and heat treatment, we suppress dimensional drift to an absolute minimum, providing unwavering sub-micron stability in mass production.
